Financial Monitors: FMOs

Financial monitors assist the European Commission in evaluating the financial elements of the LIFE beneficiaries reports. They also provide support to LIFE Financial desk officers when dealing with sophisticated financial related issues.

This work is undertaken by highly skilled  financial specialists from Ernst & Young.

They are based in two E&Y competence centres: in Prague and in Madrid.

They are furthermore supported, where needed by other E&Y offices based in the other 26 MS.
