The NEEMO EEIG consortium operates on two different management levels: contractual and operational. The operational level includes the operational management (Team Leader and Sector Coordinators) and the monitoring activities (monitors). NEEMO’s organisational set-up is characterised by a flat hierarchy to enhance flexibility between the contractual and operational levels, as well as within the operational level.
